USPTO has updated the fees subject to reduction upon establishment of small entity status (37 CFR 1.27) or micro entity status (37 CFR 1.29) while applying for PCT applications which are effective from 01-01-2016.

Note that if applicant qualifies as a small entity under  37 CFR 1.27, applicant may also qualify for “Micro Entity Status” under 35 U.S.C. 123.
